Roof – on. Floor – nearly done. Exterior walls – primed. Equipment – some in transit, some delivered. Finish line? In sight!
After eight months of construction, SAERTEX multiCom LP’s new building is nearly complete. After delivery of roofing materials was delayed, the roofing subcontractor went the extra mile to install 113,000 ft²/10,498 m² of insulation and TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane in six days to get the building substantially dried in. The construction crew was then able to pour the floors in the dry production and office areas so equipment could be delivered. We are now in the final phases of construction and looking ahead to producing the first liner at our new facility!
